Check out the All-New ANTiFanboy Podcast
Back in 2006, a group of angry young comic book nerds started a podcast with the focus of highlighting which comics that released that week were the must-read books but as the show grew in popular, it expanded into a show about video games, movies, television, comics, and everything else in between. Just remember one thing: We don't talk. We argue!

Star Wars Battlefront Revealed

The Star Wars Celebration didn’t just end with a new trailer. EA’s DICE presented the hotly anticipated Star Wars Battlefront. Despite the name, Battlefront is actually the 3rd iteration of the title which was made popular back in the PS2 era.

DICE confirmed that he game will have both first and third person perspectives, the ability to pilot ships in confirmed but it is unclear whether there will be specific ship battles out in space or ground to air combat ala the Battlefield series.

There will be special characters, so far the only two confirmed are Boba Fett and Darth Vader.

There is up to 40 player multiplayer but different modes will have different player caps.

There is no single player mode but instead “crafted missions” which can be played solo, couch co-op or online with a friend.

Players who pre-order Star Wars Battlefront will get the “Battle of Jakku” DLC on Dec. 1. Others will get access to it Dec. 8.

“…the Battle of Jakku [is] the pivotal moment when the New Republic confronted key Imperial holdouts on a remote desert planet on the Outer Rim. Taking place in the aftermath of the Rebel victory in the Battle of Endor, players will experience the events that created the massive, battle-scarred landscape of Jakku in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”
